Highbury House consists of 3 neighbouring properties. People have their own bedroom with ensuite facilities and Highbury House is a large, detached house located in Wem on the outskirts of Shrewsbury for adults with autism spectrum conditions, moderate and severe learning disabilities and complex needs, including behaviours that may challenge. The home aims to provide each person with the opportunity to maximise their potential and to be valued and Highbury House is situated on the 1st floor of a building on the site of the Plymouth Mencap Society, where there is also another care home and a day centre owned and managed by the Society. There are Over 65 09 stairs and a shaft lift available.
